Internal medicine physician new to Vacaville area

Sukhjinder Kaur, M.D., internal medicine physician, has joined Solano Regional Medical Group (SRMG), the multispecialty medical group affiliated with Sutter Medical Foundation. She sees patients in the Internal Medicine Department in Vacaville.

Physician Background
Dr. Kaur received her medical degree from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University in India, and she completed her residency at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Upland, Pa.

Prior to joining Solano Regional Medical Group, Dr. Kaur gained extensive experience in internal medicine in both an inpatient and outpatient environment. She has managed a broad spectrum of clinical conditions in outpatient clinics, such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, COPD, CKD and CHF.

Dr. Kaur has a keen interest in preventive and evidence-based medicine. "As a primary care physician, I strive for the best possible health for my patients," Dr. Kaur says. "I enjoy helping patients understand their condition, which empowers them to actively participate in making decisions about their medical care."

In her free time, Dr. Kaur enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
